🎯 Your Role

As a Product Manager (PM) at Bekind Labs, you are both a leader who defines product direction and a catalyst who drives team growth.

• Discover real problems of customers and users, and design solutions.
• Experiment and learn rapidly with the team, validating hypotheses.
• Connect clients and internal teams, facilitating decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to drive team alignment.

🙋 Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in at least two of: software development, service operations, or consulting
• Ability to define and validate KPIs and success criteria independently
• Capability to quickly understand new industries and identify opportunities
• Experience in setting strategy and vision, and translating them into a roadmap
