🎯 Your Role

At Bekind Labs, Product Designers are partners who discover user problems and design the most effective solutions together with the team.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and validate solutions
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers from concept to launch
• Maintain a user-centered perspective and deliver valuable outcomes in changing environments
• Facilitate workshops, create artifacts, and build prototypes to align direction with the team and client
• Apply User-Centered Design and systems thinking to discover new opportunities
• Mentor fellow designers and client team members to support their growth

• 5+ years of experience designing complex web/mobile services
